What Has Worked:

(I) One or two drops swallowed in a little water stops stomach cramps.

(N) Rubbed on 4 year old's lower abdomen every time he is constipated and the problem is taken care of within ten minutes.

(I) One of two drops with water for all forms of upset stomach and gas.  Repeated every 15 minutes-2 hours, depending on need.

What Has Worked:

(D) On swollen infected (puss, bleh) diaper area in 2 year old.  Applied every diaper change for 3-4 days.  Problem mostly gone after first application!  (We also applied On Guard and Oregano in turns on his feet a few times during the day for a few days).

(N) deep cuts and other wounds heal MUCH faster.

What Has Worked:

(A) Diffused to enhance mood. I love it. I often just pick up a bottle and open it to smell it.

(N) Husband says it clears blemishes quickly when applied before bed.

(I) I love a drop in a glass of water, and feel like I am refreshed and not as hungry.

(I) Taken with peppermint and lavender for allergies. Nine year old used to suck throat drops every morning and night and still couldn't talk. Now he rarely complains, and when he does he gets an extra dose and is fine. (we have him put some water in is mouth and we drop one drop each of lavender, peppermint and lemon, morning and night.)

Citrus Bliss

What Has Worked:

(A) Diffused in home for energy. Mostly we just love the smell. :)

(T) Rubbed into inside of wrists, and back of neck for energy. Husband rubs on bottoms of feet in the morning.

What Hasn't Worked:

Deep Blue

What Has Worked:

(N) MIL rubbed on hip in place of Voltaren, which she uses daily, and said it work longer than the OTC cream.

(N) After a terribly painful cramp in my leg it was sore. I rubbed some Deep Blue on it and it immediately felt normal again (except when I extended my leg to "locking" position).

(N) Husband woke with back pain and couldn't stand upright. Within a minute or two of rubbing 1-2 drops of Deep Blue into lower back he could stand and walk normally without pain. Reapplied every two hours or so.

(N) This has given me the best relief for headaches, rubbed on temples, forehead and back of neck. Hasn't gotten rid of the headache, but this is the best oil I've tried yet for me personally.

(N) I got a very bad kink in my neck and immediately rubbed one drop into it.  I could instantly (within 3 seconds) straighten my neck and turn my head with no pain whatsoever.

What Hasn't Worked:

(N) FIL applied to (complicated) broken arm and did not report any relief.

(N) rubbed into jaw after a painful root canal.  No relief.

On Guard

What Has Worked:

(T) When 1 and 4 year old started having runny noses I rubbed 1-2 drops of on guard on their feet and massaged it in before bed (for about a week and including before the baby's naps). The 4 year old's nose cleared up, the 1 year old's still ran a little for a week or two but neither developed any other cold symptoms.

(I) Husband loves it as a mouthwash. One drop in a small amount of water, swooshed, gargled and then swallowed. CLEAN mouth!

(I) A few hours after a root canal I was in horrific pain.  I had taken pain medication an hour earlier to no effect.  We had no clove essential oil (best for toothaches), so my husband suggested I gargle 3 drops of On Guard with some water.  I sloshed it for as long as I could handle (spicy cinnamon!), about 2 minutes and then spit.  The pain was GREATLY reduced and I was able to get out of bed and make dinner for my hungry family.  :)

(N, A) Daughter became lethargic in the evening and developed a fever.  Every time she gets a fever she is down for three days, minimum.  She rested and we rubbed the bottom of her feet and the back of her neck with On Guard and had her drink lemon water.  We diffused On Guard in her room before bed.  She woke up feeling completely normal and was even able to attend a party that we were sure was out of the question the night before.

(N, I)  I started feeling exhausted and achy and knew it was the flu coming on.  I drank a drop or two of On Guard and rubbed some on the back of my neck (where the body aches started) and within half an hour I didn't feel sick at all and never developed the flu or a cold.

What Hasn't Worked:

Melaleuca (Tea Tree) Essential Oil

What Has Worked:

(T) For soothing sunburn and minimizing peeling on 11 year old. Applied neat, but added fractionated coconut oil on most sensitive areas for dillution.

(N) Applied directly to athlete's foot morning and night. Almost completely clean in a week.

(N) On canker sore. Healed quickly.

What Hasn't Worked:

(T) For Dandruff. Switched to using Frankencense with better results.
